As the party season quickly approaches, you will start planning the details to make your event a success. The process of auditioning entertainment should be handled much the same way as with any vendor. 

Hiring the wrong vendor can make or break the harmony of your gathering. Hiring an inexperienced or un-professional disc jockey can also make or break the harmony of your neighborhood gathering. 

Typically, the majority of the block or home parties in which I provide entertainment, begins with selected politically correct background music during the start-up socializing and leading into a meal if served. Together we will plan a unique approach in the transaction from socializing into celebration, utilizing Ice-Breakers to suit your tastes and needs. If you want me to play music, and maintain a fairly low-key approach, I'm more than happy to accommodate your wishes. In contrast, if you want me to be energetic and outgoing, I'll provide this approach in a politically correct, non-offensive, professional manner for your event. The decision is always in your control.

Many of these type events provide a few door prizes to be given away throughout the evening in a manner that gives all attendees fair opportunity to win. These giveaways generate energy and incentive to your guests to participate in the fun, interactive activities. 

The purpose of an Ice-Breaker is generally, to involve the young and old into having a good time, a great team-building tool is the involvement of children and parents, it results in sparking more interest in participating. 

I have a variety of fun activities that include games, trivia contests and team building activities to get everyone involved and enjoying themselves from the start of the event. Your event can have as little or as much interaction on my part as you request. Usually I incorporate just enough interaction to put people in a holiday spirit for socializing and dancing without being overbearing or insulting.
